Derek Mordhorst is a lifelong resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He studied at OU and OSU, recieving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from OSU. He currently works with his father and brothers managing residential, commercial, and industrial real estate in and around Tulsa, Oklahoma. He enjoys running, cycling, and lifting weights. 

Derek married Kendall Mcpeters in 2016 and they live happily south of Downtown Tulsa in the Riverview neighborhood with their f̶o̶u̶r̶ five dogs.
